Operating a professional-grade set, students take complete ownership of the entire production pipeline—serving as directors, cinematographers, and editors to produce original short movies and documentaries. While mastering the technical crafts of camera operation, cinematic lighting, and video editing, youth build valuable real-world skills like collaborative problem-solving and communication. This hands-on program seamlessly blends technical training with social-emotional learning, encouraging youth to practice empathy and teamwork while creating impactful visual narratives that explore personal identity and active citizenship
Music Production
Our music production program turns students into independent audio creators, musical collaborators, and community advocates. Equipped with professional digital audio workstations (DAWs), MIDI controllers, and vocal booths, youth master the technical crafts of multi-track recording, signal routing, and audio mixing. Through songwriting and beat production, student artists practice empathy and self-awareness, creating original music that explores identity, civil rights, and social equity to spark community dialogue.

Daily/ weekly News Network Experience
Our digital news broadcast setup serves as an interactive newsroom training ground that transforms students into fully autonomous media producers, broadcast journalists, and civic leaders. Running a multi-camera green-screen studio, youth take complete ownership of the production cycle—from scriptwriting and teleprompter operation to live technical switching and video editing. By producing daily or weekly broadcasts, student anchors and technical crews build public speaking skills, active listening, and deadline-driven teamwork. This hands-on experience naturally integrates social-emotional learning with civic awareness, empowering youth to use their voices to share uplifting school news, explore local community topics, and highlight positive citizenship.

Podcasting
Our multi-camera podcast setup transforms students into autonomous digital production leaders. Featuring three high-definition cameras and a live video switcher, student directors manage angles and real-time technical transitions. Simultaneously, an advanced four-microphone broadcast station empowers student audio engineers to master live sound mixing and signal flows. By taking complete ownership of this professional-grade studio—from recording to live streaming—youth develop the hands-on technical skills, leadership, and collaborative problem-solving needed to run a modern media network.
We provide structured youth development and care services outside of regular school hours. Our core services include daily structured academic support with homework assistance, tutoring, and study skill-building, alongside hands-on enrichment activities. We provide custom programming for each school, this flexible approach allows us to align completely with each school's specific goals, student needs, and campus priorities. We specialize and utilize podcasting, news media, and film as dynamic tools to deliver impactful social- emotional learning and foster deep civic engagement among students.

Peace/ Talking Circles
The Peace Circle is a process that brings together individuals who wish to engage in conflict resolution, healing, support, decision making or other activities in which honest communications, relationship development, and community building are the core desired outcomes
Restorative Conversations
The mentors were responsible for providing restorative conversations with students, which is a guided conversation to help identify root causes and place responsibility on students to understand the impact of their behavior and take steps to make things better.
Check-in Check-out (CICO)
Mentors were responsible for providing Check In Check Out intervention daily, which is a school-based behavior intervention system for students needing extra support, involving daily check-ins with a mentor, teacher feedback on a points-based Daily Progress Report (DPR) for goals, and an afternoon check-out to review progress, reinforce positive behavior. This service is a Tier 2 support within the Multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS).
